Virgin Voyages’ Resilient Lady will be our home for this exclusive mastermind retreat for business owners, directors and leaders.
This luxury cruise ship is adult only and boasts fine dining, first class service and award-winning entertainment, visiting exquisite ports of call.
This experience is the ideal way to take a step back and work on your business, refuel, refresh, replenish and get inspired for your next level.
There will be mastermind sessions, social gatherings, one-to-one mentoring and group excursions ashore, with plenty of free time to relax and reflect, have natural conversations and enjoy the food, entertainment, sundeck and bars on the ship, as well as the port destinations.

(based on a solo inside cabin).
How this is comprised:
- Access fee for this experience to cover mastermind sessions, mentorship, community and facilitation: £490 (non refundable).
- Cruise and travel: from £2,500 (including cabin for 10 night cruise, flights, one night in Barcelona hotel on B&B basis and tranfers). This will be a £300 deposit for the cruise with the balance due 6 months prior to travel date.
Once the access fee has been paid, our dedicated travel agent can work with you to select your preferred cabin, flights, transfers and any upgrades.
Your cruise includes food, soft drinks, filter coffee, tea and basic wifi (premium wifi available for an upcharge). Premier drinks are available on a pay as you go basis or by pre-booking a bar tab.
Additional costs include: food and drink and other purchases ashore, premium drinks and tips on board, selected shore excursions if you’d like to join the group for these (we’ll discuss options in the WhatsApp group).
Mastermind Sessions Schedule
This whole experience is one big mastermind! Being around other successful business owners is one of the most powerful ways to generate the next breakthrough for your business growth. The casual conversations at dinner, the one to one chats when exploring ashore or whilst lounging by the pool and the insights gleaned reflecting on the day as the sun sets across the ocean, all combine to create the magic. The learning and relationships last well beyond the cruise too.
During this voyage there will be scheduled facilitated mastermind sessions on the sea days as well as one to one meetings, mentorship and mastermind dinners on some evenings. It’s the perfect blend designed for maximum impact. Here are some of the group mastermind activities planned, that will be adapted to the needs and wants of the group as we adventure together.

Neil has led elite masterminds for over 10 years, working with business owners and directors of SMEs as well as leaders in FTSE 100 companies.
His style is to start with where the individual currently is, help them identfy where they want to be and then coach and mentor to support them across that bridge to achieving their true goals.
He draws from a wide experience of running successful businesses and business turnaround, working high calibre individuals and groups and his studies in psychology and human dynamics.
