Students of Cardiff University’s Enterprise and Start-Up will be pitching their ideas to local business leaders in their first Entrepreneur’s Networking Evening on Tuesday April 24th.
The event, sponsored by Robertsons Solicitors, will see 12 students taking to the stage in front of a panel of judges. The winning pitch will receive a cash prize.
University Enterprise Officer. Claire Parry-Witchell says “This is an exciting opportunity for student entrepreneurs to meet and network with local businesses and other students.”
Run in partnership with Welsh business development network, Zokit, this new project aims to make valuable connections between generations of business owners and create a space to share wisdom and fresh thinking.
Zokit founder, Neil Lloyd said “The innovation that the students are showing is impressive. This event will provide a platform to hone critical business skills and will showcase some of the brightest business minds in South Wales.”
