About Property Whelan

Property Whelan offers a great solution to landlords who want a guaranteed regular long-term income without any voids or hidden costs.

HOW IT WORKS

We lease a 4+ bedroom property from a landlord on a 3 year + agreement, and then we rent out the rooms to working professionals on individual Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements.

We provide young professionals with the best housing solution and we save our residents both time and money by providing an all-in-one house share service. Included in one monthly bill are the room rental, gas, electricity, water, TV licence, council tax, high speed Internet, and even a regular cleaner and gardener. We are creating more than a house, we are making a great home. Every one of our homes is newly decorated with an emphasis on a clean, modern, fresh look. Our furniture is of good quality which is stylish and comfortable. We aim to deliver a total satisfaction guarantee which means Happy Landlords and Happy Tenants, this ensures we continue to work together to provide this exceptional service.

WE PROVIDE

  • Hassle free property management giving landlords peace of mind
  • Guaranteed rent for 52 weeks of the year
  • All rooms are designed with a fresh and stylish modern look
  • A friendly and professional service

About Claudia

Both myself and Michael, my husband and business partner, come from a hotel background and have many years experience in managing properties as well as delivering an excellent customer service in a highly regulated environment.

People often wonder about my accent when they hear me for the first time but it is explained quite easily: I grew up in Germany and as an adult lived in Ireland for many years… Now my home is in beautiful Cardiff and slowly I’m getting a bit more Welsh into the mix.
